TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS
Your dictation is captured using Dictaphone (note: recording software installed on a computer), digital recording device or Toll free Dial In Server The dictation is converted into digital format and stored in our secure web server. Once we receive your dictation by any of the above methods, we then transcribe your dictation into document files. We deliver the completed transcriptions back to your office through:

• A zipped Electronic Mail attachment
  
• Placing it in server storage for your staff to download any number of times.

Each practitioner's transcriptions are batched into MS Word document files based on date of service/date of dictation. All our Medical Transcription is as per AAMT and HIPAA guidelines. Irrespective of which delivery option you choose, all your transcriptions and dictations are available for download from our server for 60 days. You can do full text search on all your available transcriptions on our storage server.

HOW TO SEND US YOUR RECORDED VOICE

1. Dictate on your Digital Recorders. Save voice files on your computer.
   
   
2. Access and Log in to our on-line dictation system to upload voice files from your hand-held digital recorder.
   
   
3. Voice files are stored on a secure server.
   
   
4. Files are retrieved and typed by Medical Transcriptionists.
   
   
5. The files transcribed by the MT are checked completely by editors who have a minimum of 3 years experience. Their responsibilities are to find any errors made by the MT and to fill up any blanks left by the MT.
   
   
6. We employ quality analysts to check files, fill up the blanks, and pick random files to verify the work of our editors. Extra incentives are given for every error found.
   
   
7. Typed files are stored on a secure server for client to download and print.
   

NOTE: After sending the files to us, transcriptions take place and Medical reports are sent back through your personal e-mail or you may directly retrieve the reports from our website within 24 hours or sooner, should you request it.
